Found some nice scans of this old story of mine out there, a Morbius, the Living Vampire tale. Re-appropriating them for my portfolio. The story is a bit kooky, It was Karl Bollers’ first at Marvel he later told me. I worked with him on one of his last too, on Muties 6.
It was also the first thing i did with Bobby Chase I think, who would call me a “Peice of work” for backing out of drawing a Later Morbius issue. Sorry Bobby, the script was just unbearable.

This was one of my first Vampire stories, there are Vampires in my future still, stay tuned.

Max Douglas (born 1970) is a Canadian comic-book creator. Since approximately 1996, he has worked under the pen name of Salgood Sam which is derived from a reverse spelling of his name.
